Easypell burning a lot

Hi I am hoping I can get some advice here I'm an American living in vejle so I'm not very familiar with pellet furnaces or their settings. We recently had installer a 16kw easy Pell in our old farm house. It's approx 220sqm with 170 living space. Right now it heats the water with a new volund hot water tank and the radiator's. We only use a portion of the house and also use a brandeovn to heat the living room area. We are only having around 4 radiators on but are using a little over 1 pallet a month right now. When I check the ash box it's doesn't seem to be fine ash and it fills up very quickly. I have attached a picture of the settings. Is there something we can do or is just because the house is old. Any advice would be great Thanks Ben
