I can recommend to mount the shield on the burner.
The shield prevents the risk of electrical shock and ensures that the burner temperature is measured correctly

Update:
Swapped both burner capacitors AND circuit board, just to be sure.
Did the new weighing - 1435g. Put everything together and turned it on...so far so good! Been running now 6h normally (at least I think it is normal )

Cleaned all the chimney pipes and boiler, just to be sure again.

Now just need to know what kind a blower percentage should I need (low, mid, high values I mean). Right now lower slightly previous values, flame seemed to be fine.

And those P.I things, have no idea what do with that.

Current Update.
Boiler is at 62C (differences are over 5 and under 5).
Burner runs at 50%
BUT the flame looks more than 100% and just keeps adding and adding more pellets.
It won't bring the power down just keeps idle'ing at 50% even when circulation pumps are pumping less and less (automatic flow control) because house is warm enough.

Only thing which I know to do is pull the Plug from the burner for a second. Does the "Checking" and goes to Temp Stop...

Managed to connect an old pc to internet in boiler room, so now I have to do some ftp magic to get burner online. Any good advice how to get it online, I have StokerKontrol v3.1

If you wish to be registered with it to StokerCloud server, simply contact Stokersoft on info@stokerkontrol.dk, remember to send your serial number, name and address in the email.

Yes did that email sending already yesterday evening. And upgraded StokerKontrol to v3.25. But what should I do in the StokerKontrol program to get it online? Asks all sort of ftp stuff :s


There was one thing which was still old - boiler temp sensor - so replaced it this morning just to be sure again.

I recommend downloading of StokerKontrol 3.5 because it is compatible with Stokercloud.

Ok, got the 3.5version up and running.

StokerCloud window, found it. The username and password...those I suppose to get from Nbe? They haven't responded to my email yet. Anyway tried with some random username and password and gave me an error into the Status box.

But when I tried to send myself a test email from Stokerkontrol then that arrived immediately.
