Hello,
I have just moved to Denmark from England and bought my first house!
The house I bought has Solar Electric Panels and Solar Heating Panels for hot water. When we moved in, the system was working nicely, but now the Solar Heating panels do not heat up my hot water tank...
I have noticed two things:
1. The Sun-Comfort control box now says "Frostsikring" I think this means Frost Protection, but it is now 25 degrees outside and beautiful weather in Denmark.
2. On the pipes I have noticed that one side says 60 degrees and one side says 19 degrees, but I can hear the pump working.
I have attached some pictures.
If any super fantastic Danish person can help a new Brit then I would be very grateful!
I am not an expert with this type of thing just so you know.
I was not given any information about the solar panels and solar heating when I moved in...
Best regards,
Sam

Here is a link to the manual

Only available in danish apparently, sorry
As i see it, your absorber sensor in the top of your panels shows -99 degrees. That indicates a short circuit in the sensor or the sensor cable or "just" a faulty sensor
And this invalid input sets the control unit into frost protection mode
